I got to see Nicholas pitch for the very first time. As a member of the Little League, Rookie level, they have the coach pitch the first 3 innings. For the last 3 innings, they let a different player pitch. If the pitcher walks 4 batters, then the coach pitches (to help speed up the game). Well last night, Nicholas was called to the mound. It was actually his 2nd time but mom missed the last outing. And he did a great job! He walked 2 batters but struck out 3. Wonderful for his first year on the mound, wouldn’t ya say?
