Hoppy Easter!

That's what my DD has been saying all week. "Mom, it's not Happy Easter....it's HOPPY Easter!" What the hey...so it is! We've been busy, awaiting the arrival of that fluffy bunny. And sure enough, he made it to our home in the wee hours of the morning. Two full baskets sitting at the hearth for two good children. And many colorful eggs in the backyard. We did our job of dying those beauties last night. Then, Bunny found 'em in the fridge and hid 'em, along with some plastic eggs filled with choco! YUMM!

I've got our traditional green chile/sausage/egg casserole in the oven. When it's done, we head to our friends' home (they are hosting Easter brunch/potluck). Nice NOT to have to have company this year since we just got home on Monday from vacation. Yes, I promise to download the 4-1-1 on it really soon.

But for now, let me just wish you all a truly Happy Easter (um, HOPPY Easter). Leave a little choco for tomorrow!
